A confidential health intake is completed before every treatment. More on what to expect →
Please arrive 30 minutes before your first treatment. That gives you time to check in, change into a robe and sandals, complete a quick intake, and use the steam or soak so your body is warm and ready. Arriving late may shorten your treatment so the next guest isn’t delayed.
Just say so — at any moment. Your therapist sets pressure with you at the start and will happily adjust lighter or firmer throughout. The same goes for room temperature, music, and conversation. This is your time.
Yes — a brief, confidential health intake helps us keep you safe and tailor your treatment. Please tell us about pregnancy, allergies (including to oils, citrus, nuts, latex, or iodine), recent injuries or surgery, skin conditions, heart or blood-pressure conditions, and any medications such as blood-thinners. Some treatments are adjusted or not advised in certain conditions — we’ll guide you.
