Before you arrive.
A first spa visit can feel like unfamiliar territory. It shouldn’t. Here’s everything you might wonder — and the short answer to all of it: this is your time, and we’ve got you.
Your visit
Please arrive 30 minutes before your first treatment. That gives you time to check in, change into a robe and sandals, complete a quick intake, and use the steam or soak so your body is warm and ready. Arriving late may shorten your treatment so the next guest isn’t delayed.
You’ll be welcomed with tea, shown to a private changing area with a robe, lockers, and sandals, and invited into the relaxation lounge and water circuit. Your therapist will go over your intake and preferences before any treatment begins. Undress to your comfort level — you’re always draped, and only the area being worked on is ever exposed.
Yes — bridal parties, birthdays, and small wellness events are some of our favorite days. We can reserve the spa or sections of it, add champagne or catering, and build a custom group itinerary. Reach out and we’ll plan it with you.
Treatments
Just say so — at any moment. Your therapist sets pressure with you at the start and will happily adjust lighter or firmer throughout. The same goes for room temperature, music, and conversation. This is your time.
Absolutely. Our custom facials are built around your skin in the moment, and our lines are clean, fragrance-optional, and cruelty-free. Let us know about sensitivities, recent retinoid or acid use, sunburn, or active breakouts so we can adjust. Our lead esthetician is oncology-trained for guests in or after cancer treatment.
Pricing
No. Gratuity is genuinely not expected at Seabloom — our menu prices are complete. If you’d like to recognize exceptional care, you’re welcome to, but it’s never assumed and our team is paid a living wage regardless.
Policies
We ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the service; no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged in full. Packages and couples bookings require 48 hours. We hold a card to reserve but don’t charge it unless these terms apply. Life happens — call us and we’ll always do what we reasonably can.
Call us as soon as you know. We’ll do everything we can, but to be fair to the guest after you, a late arrival usually means a shortened treatment for the same fee. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
To preserve the calm for all guests, the spa is a quiet, adults-focused space; guests under 16 may receive select treatments only with a parent or guardian present and are not permitted in the water circuit. Please arrange childcare so you can fully unwind.
Health & safety
Yes — a brief, confidential health intake helps us keep you safe and tailor your treatment. Please tell us about pregnancy, allergies (including to oils, citrus, nuts, latex, or iodine), recent injuries or surgery, skin conditions, heart or blood-pressure conditions, and any medications such as blood-thinners. Some treatments are adjusted or not advised in certain conditions — we’ll guide you.
Treatments using enzyme or acid peels (such as the Brightening Glow Facial) require a simple 24-hour patch test for first-time guests, and we may decline a service if your skin isn’t a candidate that day. We’ll arrange the patch test when you book.
Facilities
The coastal water circuit — eucalyptus steam, infrared sauna, mineral soak, and cold plunge — is complimentary with any treatment of 60 minutes or more. It’s also available as a stand-alone day pass. Heat and cold immersion aren’t advised in pregnancy or with some heart conditions; please ask us.
